GENERAL TUN (DR) HASHIM MOHD ALI (RTD)

Chairman

General Tun (Dr) Mohamed Hashim Bin Mohd Ali (Rtd) holds a Diploma in Advance Business Management Program from Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration, Boston Massachusetts, United States of America. He received two Honorary Doctorates namely from the University of Salford, United Kingdom in 1999 and the National Defence University, Malaysia in 2012.

In 2018, General Tun (Dr) Hashim was inducted to the Hall of Fame – Olympic Council of Malaysia. He was awarded the 2022 World Digital Economy Distinguished Leader Award recently in recognition of his leadership in the corporate arena.

On 6 June 2022, General Hashim was conferred the Darjah Kebesaran Seri Setia Mahkota (SSM) – that carried the title “Tun” by His Majesty Duli Yang Maha Mulia Seri Paduka Baginda Yang DiPertuan Agong XVI official birthday.

Prior to his entry into the corporate world, General Tun (Dr) Hashim was the Chief of Defence Forces in the Malaysian Armed Forces where he chalked up to 40 years of dedicated service to the country.

He spearheaded the Kuala Lumpur 98 – XVI Commonwealth Games staged for the first time in an Asian country and the last game of the 20th century. It was proclaimed as “the best Games ever” by the Commonwealth Games Federation.

Currently, General Tun (Dr) Hashim is the Chairman of HuiHuang International (M) Sdn Bhd, Fusang Exchange Limited, Baxian Bank Limited, Institute of Strategic and International Studies Malaysia (ISIS).

He is also the President of Gagasan Mantan Panglima (The Chiefs’ Circle) – an organization comprising of former Chiefs of Defence Forces, Chiefs of Army, Navy and Airforce.

LAI HUI HUANG

Mr. Lai is a young entrepreneur from China. He graduated from University of Malaya in 2018 with a Master Degree Public Administration. He has many years of experience in international student recruitment and had successfully recruited students into public and private Universities in Malaysia. He has vast knowledge on the demands and requirements from China students and the Universities.

Mr. Lai is confident in the potential growth of the education industry in Malaysia. He has established an extensive and strong education network between China and Malaysia. He is responsible for recruiting students, promoting school-to-school cooperation, and building projects such as university cities in China and Malaysia.

JENNIFER LOW

Executive Director

Ms Jennifer Low graduated from Stamford Secretarial College with a Diploma in Executive Secretarial and Business Management Course. She also obtained a Diploma in Special Education (Early Years) from Kolej Dika.

Ms Low has a total of 37 years of experience in administration, management and logistic planning in the corporate environment. She is a strategic and creative thinker – being able to assess priorities, business environment and craft innovative solutions that have a long-term positive impact on future business goals and development of the company operations.

Ms Low is very passionate about Inclusive Education for people with special needs. She provides learning support for young children with special needs specializing in learning disability – Dyslexia.

Ms Low is self-motivated, positive, confident and an inclusive team player. She practises high level of integrity in relevance to corporate governance.
